newBlue addresses the skills gap and workforce shortages in manufacturing, logistics and related industries by equipping workers and employers to work at full capacity.
newBlue is a subsidiary of Forefront, which advances talent acquisition by connecting employers to qualified people and people to the careers they want. Founded by military veterans, doctors, nurses and management and IT professionals, Forefront combines technology, expertise and compassion to relieve the pain of the staffing process.
newBlue was founded by a team of professionals who believe that one cause of America’s skills gap is the way employers are forced to hire workers: by posting jobs and hoping the right people apply. When they hire what they believe to be the best candidates, they too often find that those candidates are undertrained and underprepared for the workplace.
newBlue wants to repair the skills gap by repairing a broken staffing system.
newBlue connects the right workers with the right workplaces, and trains employees in both industry-specific and general-employment skills. newBlue helps employers connect with and hire the right people … people who operate at full capacity and, as a result, help their employers operate at full capacity.
To revolutionize the way employers and workers in traditional “blue collar” fields address the skills gap and provide them with the tools they need to forge connections that work.
